Hi,
I'm very new to Sytist.
I have uploaded (FTP) and processed a folder with subfolders and the thumbnail on the top folder is white and doesn't respond to clicks to enter the folder (the thumbnail text does take you into the folder). All sub folders have a clickable thumbnail.
I have checked the 'originals' folder for stray files and the converted low res folder for stray files and can't see any. On my first attempt at processing an event folder there were non Jpeg admin files from Jalbum (the software I use at events to make webpages for the viewing station) and these were producing folders with white thumbnails.
I can set the 'main' image that appears on the home page etc.
Hope this makes sense
Cheers
Steve

Is that white thumbnail a gallery or category?
And if it is a gallery, can you see the photos for it in the admin?

Hi Tim,
The answer to my question is: stop thinking like my old website.
Your database and the way Sytist makes the galleries is far far better than my last one. Just go in and change the preview photo by selecting an image from the gallery or upload another one. I just didn't go far enough into the menus.
Seriously impressed so far with the functionality and options.
Cheers
