Galleries Not Working..green Screen

HELP!!
Everything has gone to crap.
I have started my new school year with green screen.
I have created my galleries like last year but they are not working right.
I have the passcode feature set but when the password is entered the program just spins its little windows wheel. When I scroll to the bottom of the screen there is a tiny strip of some image showing but it is not live.
I am really up the creek with out a paddle right now.
Can I send you login info and could yo check what I have done wrong??
