Hi Tim
I love the new Stock Photos addition to stylist. I appreciate that this is a section for public viewing, but is there anyway this feature can also be password protected? It has most of the requirements I need to produce a photo library for a large client. They have requested that we host a Photo library for their staff to be able to browse and download images when necessary for their work project or publications. this layout and the features within seem a better way togo than a standard download section.
Many thanks.

No and yes. There isn't an option to password protect it, but you can by doing the following.
Go to the Site Content section and click on your stock category section in the left menu.
Look in the address bar to get the category ID ... the date_cat value:
index.php?do=news&date_cat=203
Next click on Settings in the main menu.
Under the left menu, click MySQL Query.
Copy this line of code and paste it in there .... replace the 203 with the category ID and replace test with the password you want to use ... and click run.
UPDATE ms_blog_categories SET cat_password='test' WHERE cat_id='203';
