What I figured out is the issue is a naming issue of the photo files being uploaded. for example photo is "women's_Field_Hockey.jpg the (') in women's that appears to be the issue. Never had this issue before. womens_Field_Hockey.jpg upload fine.

The quote shouldn't be an issue. Maybe something changed in some PHP settings on the server.
