404 Error From Proofing

Hi Tim,
I have created a proofing section and added a project. Assigned it to a user (which I created) but when I view it either in admin or through the users login I get a 404 error.
As an aside to this the person ordering the print to be approved didn't create a user so I did it for her for the approval but can't see a way of linking the order to the user as well. It would be better for the user to see her order in her user rather than "No Orders". I don't want to force all purchasers to create a user.
This leads me to a feature request - a "Create User" option from the order page filling the form with information from the user, which automatically links the order. (Also maybe an option to link orders with the same email address to a user).
If required - I have emailed you my admin link and password.
