Sytist Not Sending Out Order Confirmation Email

Once a customer has made a purchase, is Sytist supposed to automatically email the client an order confirmation email? I've had a couple of clients say they didn't receive anything. Can you advise me where I should check my settings?

They are probably going into spam folders. But see this
