Email Not Sending

Hi Tim

I was wondering if you could offer any further insight on emails not sending from the website. I followed all the instructions in the troubleshooting guide and called my hosting company regarding the issue as well.

We can send emails to our company email addresses that include our domain name but we can't send emails to any other domain (i.e.: @gmail, @yahoo, etc) The hosting company traced a few emails and found that emails sent after going through authorize.net (orders with credit card transactions) were delivered but all other emails from our website were blocked on the way out or just don't appear at all. The hosting company cleared any filters on their end but I am still not getting emails out.

We recently moved to new hosting and the problem started then. Could there be anything in the code I need to update? We were with Network Solutions, now we are at Bluehost. Our domain name is still registered with Netsol but the DNS is pointed to Bluehost. I don't know what other info I can give you that would spark a light bulb, but hopefully you know of a solution! It took 2 weeks to notice the problem because I was getting no indication that the emails were being rejected or not sending (no returned or undeliverable email messages) - I have a lot of back tracking to do as soon as we get this fixed :(

Yes I followed all those steps before I contacted you and my hosting company . Still no luck. :(

The part that is getting stopped by the filter is:

X-PHP-Script:  for 

If you will remove that, your emails will go through.

X-PHP-Script is added by the SERVER ... not Sytist and it is NOT the problem.

Email me the link to your Sytist admin with the username and password so I can go through the trouble shooting steps.
