Search For Photographs Does Not Disable

Since the new update turning off the Search for Photographs in a new client gallery doesn't work.
I uncheck the link for turning it off in the main category.
Is there another location to turn it off?

The option to enable / disable photo search in client galleries are in the Photo Display Settings

With "Enable photo search" unchecked, it will not show the search option (I just double checked it).
