Download Entire Gallery option is not working.
I clicked the option when editing in Photo Products -> Product Base > allow customers to download in zip files.
The only download option given is one at a time.

Most likely the ZIP functions are not enabled in the PHP configuration on your hosting. You will need to contact your host to enable the PHP ZIP functions.

I'm also having this problem.
I contacted my host, and they told me this:
PHP zip functions are enabled by default on our servers. To download all images in zip format, the option has to be developed in your website.
What should I check next? My client doesn't want to download each photo individually, but all in a zip file would be great.
Any insight would be appreciated!

Go to Settings -> Photo Settings. There is a spot that will show if the zip functions are enabled in PHP. If not, then you need to have your host enable those.
If so, and you are doing free downloads, edit your free download product in Photo Products -> Product Base and make sure the option to allow them to download in zip files is checked.
If the download in zip file option is showing and you are having issues, see this:
