Is it possible to create a link to a form that is not seen on the website, but I can send the client the link? I have created a client questionnaire that I want to be able to send to clients, but would prefer for it not to be seen on the website.

You can just create a new Top Level Page in the Site Content section, add the form to that page. Set the status to Draft and just don't add it to your menu. Then you can email that link to your client and they can view it, but it won't be listed on the website.
