Trashed Orders

Hello,

I am having a problem with trashed orders showing up in the sales report. I didn't think that trashed orders were supposed to show up in the sales report? If there a fix for this?

Trashed orders do not calculate in sales reports. Where are you seeing it do this?

I realize that they are not supposed to be showing up, but they definitely are showing up in my reports. I run a sales report at the end of every 2 weeks to figure commission and I catch "trashed" orders almost every time I run the sales report. I'm afraid of the ones I may have missed and already paid commissions on . I really need to figure out why this is happening. What info can I send you ? The reports are in excel our website is babybloomphoto.com I can send you admin access if you need to log into the admin side.

Well the reports don't show the trashed orders, but I do see now they are included in the exports. You can shoot me an email so I can attached a file back to you to upload that will omit the trashed orders.
