Tim, with the new tracking of expenses can I track expenses for accounting purposes? IE; operating expense vs capital improvements? Can expenses be categorized by advertizing, shipping costs, supplies, outside labor and so on? This would truly make the accountants happy.

Can forms have a cleaner link in Sytist (link I see in your demo's)? In WEB Site D forms where always left justified and didn't have the ability to have multiple fields on one line?

When you enter in an expense, you have the option to create labels or select from existing labels.

Labels would be something like
equipment
travel
communications
hosting
etc...

You can select multiple labels for one expense ... but the expense will still only be calculated once. Example I can enter in an expense for hosing $300 and put a label hosting & the hosting company name.

You can also enter in an expense for an order. While viewing an order in the admin, there is an add expense tab. So you could enter in say shipping expense and it will go into the expense reports and also reference that order.

You can select to have either 1 or 2 columns on the contact forms. See in the demo for 2 columns, http://sytistdemo.picturespro.com/contact/

Nothing from Photo Cart can be transferred into Sytist. It is a completely different database structure.

YOu might be able to export data from you existing db for customers and import it into a clean new db for sytist with some sql magic. Not saying you can but I would think it possible. I have over 3k of current customers, many of them repeat customers. I really dont want to have to make them reregister again this year when I do their photos. So even if I can get name address and email to transfer it would be a bonus. Stumbling block though would be passwords. As they are encrypted you wouldnt be able to move them so customers would be locked out until they applied a new password. Just thinking out loud here...

Is there a way to delete an expense label that I've created? I had a typo and it's driving me nuts now...Thanks!

No biggie! If it's not too much trouble that would be a nice little option to have added in the future. Thank you very much for your reply, Tim!
