Can A School Photographer Help Me?

Hi everyone. I am hoping this reaches an experienced school photographer. I am looking for some assistance in getting a school photography aspect/division of my business going. I would just like a few minutes of someone's time to see how you have set up your Sytist web site and how you go about setting up school photos both from preordering/booking (and sending out paper forms?), to photo day(s), to ordering and whatever else you think I should know.

I am doing great with sports and shooting on the green screens, but I would like to move into school photos. The Sytist package has been great for my company. I would be extremely grateful to anybody who can offer me some time over the phone to get me up and going! I don't, the galleries would be all password protected anyways. Maybe someone else will chime in.

Ask specific questions and the school boys and girls here might be able to answer them.

But generalities, like "whatever else you think" is difficult.

Plus, no two circumstances are the same - for example, the US seems quite unique in still using a pre-pay system.
