Pre Order

I am setting up a pre order for upcoming sports photos. I have my price lists set up and I have clicked on Require before selecting other items box checked. However, when I select a package to add to cart it to test it, it does not bring up the a la carte items.

There are no images yet as this is a pre sale. Customers will be coming back to select their images. Am I missing something?

Also, what is the easiest way to have the customers select their images when they are uploaded. There will be approximately 250 customers.

The a la cart items are already shown with a lock icon next to them. Once you add a product from the required group it will remove the lock from the products in the other product groups.

You can send a notification to people that have purchased when the photos are ready by clicking the People tab of the gallery. You can either load the images in the pre-order gallery and turn off pre-order or create a new gallery and replace the link in the notification email with the link of the new gallery.

I have it set up like I do for my schools. Once you click on the package you want, all of the a la carte items show up.

Looks to me you only have 1 product group. You can email me the following for me to look into it:

1) Link to your Sytist admin.

2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).
