Customers Being Able To See Another Customers Shopping Cart Items

I am wondering if anyone else has had this error (where it wasn't caused by caching on the web host). I have twice (once in 2020 and once last week) had a customer contact me as they can see another persons order in their shopping cart. It seems to be a random 1 off thing and hard to trace for Tim, so I was curious if it had happened to anyone else? It is a concerning security issue as 1 family can see another families photos that they have choosen in their cart, and in the case of kinder registration their child's name and the kinder they attend.
Thanks
Thanks

Never has happened to me, shopping carts are IP and or account specific and seems impossible to have that happen. perhaps your customer was confused between shopping cart and seeing their images using a passcode that has been used for both parties. Check your passcodes on each customer to make sure you did not accidently assign them the same code.

Hi Vance, Thanks for your comment, but I can assure you it is not because of a shared passcode and it was a shopping cart as she sent me a screen shot of it. I agree this should not be able to happen and it is why I am concerned and wondering if it has happened to anyone else.

Hi Mary, as you know both Trina and I had a similar experience in 2019, in that case we suspected the i-phone to be the culprit.
It was very stressful period, but * touch wood * hasn't happened again that I am aware of.
You can read about it here:

Hi Tim,
This has happened again. I have a shopping cart that includes 1 child's print, and 2 different children's registrations. So basically 3 different orders all in 1 shopping cart. It looks like at least 2 of these are also complete paid for orders by the correct parent. I have emailed you the screen shot and details (I don't want to share it here as it includes families personal information).
UPDATE I looked at it again as I was typing this and the cart now also shows a 3rd registration order that came through this morning! So now 4 families orders in 1 cart.
Any help you can give me to solve this I would really appreciate as this is a big security issue for me.
Kind Regards,
Mary
