Hello, I am having issues with the following:
1. Emails being sent to the owner of the site. For example info@ is the email in settings, when sending a collection for review to info@, nothing is received. I have tried troubleshooting based on the link sent to me via email by Tim.
2. The email log in Sytist shows that they've been sent. However, when I view the email, the URL's for the links are showing our dev IP url we used. How would I go about changing this? They should be the live URL now.
Thank you for your help.

This link I sent you is everything troubleshooting about emails:
https://www.picturespro.com/sytist-manual/common-issues/emails-not-sending-or-going-into-spam-folders/
If they are showing up in your Sytist admin in Stats -> Email Logs, then Sytist has sent the email. It is THEN UP TO THE SERVER TO DELIVER THEM.
Did you try the PHPMailer?

You have to access the admin with the correct URL / domain. If you are accessing the admin with the IP address, it is going to send the links with that IP address. If you access with the domain, it will send the links with the domain in the URL.

Thanks Tim,
I'll review the link for PHP mailer and see. The domain i'm accessing is through the live domain. So i'm not sure why the emails are showing the server IP that we used to build with. Is there a place in the DB perhaps that I could edit in phpmyadmin?

I'll try the mailer, though not confident as she uses Google Apps for mail.

For the domain, perhaps the sy-config.php file was changed to include the IP address.
This line for $setup['url'] should be the following, if not, it needs to be changed back:
$setup['url'] = "https://".$_SERVER['HTTP_HOST']."";

I found my temp_url_folder in my config and removed it. Hopefully that resolves the issue.
Otherwise, I'm still not seeing emails being sent / received by info@domain to info@domain. We are using google apps for email, could this impact the solution of using SMTP PHPMailer?

I don't know about your emails, you will have to have your host trace them. If they are showing up in your Sytist admin in Stats -> Email Logs, then Sytist has sent the email. It is THEN UP TO THE SERVER TO DELIVER THEM.
