Client Not Getting Shopping Cart On Check Out

I have a client trying to book me. I know my cart is working as two people have booked me today in the last two hours. A third is trying to book and She is getting an error that says "cart is empty" once she goes to check out after entering the checkout information like name and email etc.
Any ideas? She is using a iPad, then tried her laptop Macbook and same issue?

Maybe it is going from a www. address to one without. Look in the address bar and see if it changes.
