Order With Wrong Package Id

Tim,
I received an order over the weekend with a Package that is in my pricelist, but the wrong package ID and there was no price attached! At one Tim I had a group of collections that I ID with the "***A" . They are not in the price list associated with this gallery and I know they weren't there this weekend when the order came in. Could this have been saved in a cart from earlier and still recall old info from an edited price list? Just want to make sure.

I also attempted to email this invoice to my email via his account and I get nothing even in my junk folder. Is there another problem I need to address?

It is quite possible it was already in their cart.
