I posted the other day about the calendar screen popping up blank. That was resolved with updating my php and updating Sytist.

HOWEVER - now, when my customers are checking out, they provide their payment information and the confirmation screen pops up blank. These customers are then thinking that their order didn't go through and reordering.

Their payment is being processed, but Sytist isn't recognizing that and they are all sitting in their shopping carts. I am not getting any order notifications on my end, nor is the customer, but in an effort to make sure they placed their order before the deadline they are attempting to reorder several times...and the payments are processing.

I spent all Saturday refunding and voiding hundreds of transaction through my online payment processor, suspended ordering, and am trying to reconcile everything. I need to figure out where this issue is and get it fixed because we are smack in the middle of sports and graduation season :(

Suspect Tim will need to know what payment integration you are using.

PayPal?

PayPal smart buttons?

I see. Your problem sounded like a paypal problem I'm having.

Hope Tim can fix it for you.

It will say auhtorize.net SIM or AIM. Which one?

SIM is obsolete and has been removed unless you are using it. I just tested AIM and worked fine,

It is SIM

I had no idea it was obsolete as it worked up until Friday. I am assuming this all ties into the recent update and PHP stuff?

What is the fasted way for me to get this remedied?

May or may not be related to the update, but with AIM your customers stay on your site. SIM They go away from your site to make a payment.

As long as you have an SSL .... httpS ... with your site, switch to the AIM one. Copy and paste your credentials from SIM into AIM.

Yes to all of that...I think I have it resolved.

I just got off chat support with authorize.net and I think we are good to go. I enabled AIM, reset my API key and log in, and my test order seemed to go through. Fingers crossed this is fixed because I have had to "void" nearly 75 duplicate transactions in 24 hours....and then cross reference those to shopping carts and create orders from there. It's been a whole mess.
