Hi Tim,
I wonder if you might know why this is happening? We are getting a few customers reporting that after submitting their order, to then enter the payment details (stripe), they are then met with a blank page. I did mange to get this to happen on my iPhone only once, all the other customers were using android.

I have no idea why that would happen. Have not heard of that happening before. Maybe there is some sort of log within Stripe to check?

Thanks for getting back to me, I've now had a reply from Stripe:

1- It's common that blank pages mean that the redirect URL on your code isn't working properly. Since you're using a third party app (Sytist), they're probably managing this code for you, so even if they're not seeing an error it seems like there's something wrong in their code for your Stripe Checkout communication.

We strongly recommend letting them know the logs on your account don't have errors and that their side of the code of communication with Stripe should be reviewed

2- In case they can't figure it out or the issue persists we strongly recommend that you provide us the code that's being used for Stripe Checkout in the app, this will help our specialized technical team review and diagnose the issue more specifically (if on our end or code-related)

No one else has reported a problem with it so it must be specific to your server / hosting / installation.

Are you over a secure URL when it happens (httpS)?

Are you using the "Stripe" option or "Stripe Checkout - 3d secure V2 / SCA"?

Any reference to it in the error log? (Settings then underneath the left menu error log)

This could be the problem, we changed hosts about 6 months ago!

We are using https, and stripe option 3d secure V2 / SCA

I've attached section of log below.

It looks to me that the error is saying that the email address is invalid. But it looks like in fact it is not invalid.

I will have to do some testing and see if I can duplicate that somehow. At least it is not every transaction.
