Hi

As far as I understand it if using S3 the process is;

- upload to host (tick button checked)
- files go to host but are immediately transferred to S3
- files at host are deleted

My storage with my host is approaching the limit.

Are the files not being deleted immediately? Perhaps being kept for a while?

If I need to manually go in and delete what should I be awarre of?

Many thanks

Photos are automatically deleted after they are moved to S3. If the photos are successfully moved to S3, it will show the orange S3 icon under the photo.

If it is a file count issue, see this: https://www.picturespro.com/sytist-manual/common-issues/the-file-count-on-my-hosting-is-higher-than-it-should-be/

For anyone else following this.......

I had to create a new Access Key and Secret Key in S3.

Not sure why, although I had been using S3 with another program and that may have conflicted.

As soon as it was created and entered into Sytist I was able to transfer galleries to S3.
