Hello Tim,
After my two updates my website started having problems.
It was hanging or freezing. I am being told by my server that my script is the issue.
Don't know what is going on. Been great for 10 years

Don't know exactly what has happened.
But it started with a customer saying they can't proceed with an order.
So I tried to replicate... When I clicked on the photo spinning circles appeared and froze the site.
Contacted Blue host my server and it has got worse from there.
Have a web presents now last night I did not.
Almost all my photos are not showing in the galleries. Information is there with empty boxes.
Even my homepage photos are not showing.

Looks like my server took folders with images out of my sytist folder.
Got much of it looking right again, but back to square one...freezing or crashing.
It happens when a customer selects an image to purchase.

Hello Tim,
If I had my host back up from 3 days ago, would I loose my orders?
