Printing Orders For Packers

Hi there brains trust! I do bulk bulk orders and my orders are packed by people that have never met my clients before. Face recognition on the orders really helps, but currently, if I print my orders with ALL the images, I could use up a whole ream of copypaper per job lot.

If I print a basic packing list, they fumble working out who's who.

Yes, I could give them limited backend access but I find it slows the production line down. and If I muck around too much assisting, then I might as well pack myself.

Just wondering if there's a way to print orders whereby there is ONE ID photo from the order, and the name of the pack they purchased.

So my packer knows "ok, this is Susie White and she looks like this and I need to pack 8 images that also look like this girl"

SO I guess what im looking for is the "Print Orders" option but with "no prices, one thumbnail" ?

Thanks for any advice.

"Without Prices & Thumbnails" (which means it prints the thumbnails of all the photos on the order) is the closest option.

thanks Tim - I do this now, but if they order "all digital" this can be over 100 photographs. Appreciate your reply however, it is what I expected it to be, just wanted to be sure.
cheers!

Hi Leanne, I print as Tim suggests and then I change my scale on the printer panel to as small as I can to still recognize child. Helps reduce the amount of paper - just don't go too small because then you defeat the purpose of being able to see the face!

All the best, Kat
