Hi Tim,
If you look at https://toriocphotography.co.uk/galleries and place an order through to payment stage it comes up with the following error message about something is wrong with the order numbers.
You mentioned in the forum about the customer having an issue with their IP address.
I tried an order as well and got the same error message.
Any suggestions why this is happening on all orders with 2 separate IP addresses and locations? Also, the IP addresses do not have commas in them.
Thanks,
Andrew

What payment option are you using?
Does the order actually get created .... can you see it in the admin?
That error message is when a value is sent that is not all numbers when it should be.

It is happening with Stripe Checkout - 3d secure V2 / SCA payment method and yes the order completes and shows on the order history and an email confirmation is sent out to the customer. The only problem is customers will think that their order has not gone through with that message.
Thanks,
Andrew

Odd that would be happening and I have no idea why and never seen it before. Must be server specific.
You would have to email me your domain and hosting information (HOSTING Control panel link and login info) so I can look at the database.
