Amazon S3 Upload - Uploads Stall Indefinitely, And Nothing Reported As An Error

I have tried adding my S3 key pairs and entering my bucket and endpoint (Tried several things for the endpoint), but when testing out sending a photo to S3, it spins indefinitely. I cannot figure out what's going wrong, and I don't see any error message either.
Is there a place where the error log is stored?
I'm using eu-west-1 for the Region, and my endpoint I've tried:
s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com
s3-accesspoint.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com
s3-accesspoint.dualstack.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com
EDIT: The bucket has been set to not block public connections, and my IAM user that I'm using the keys to connect to has permissions to access the bucket.

Not a 100% 0n this but i think you need to use a ROOT user in AWS not a IAM user. Try using the keys from your ROOT user account.

I'm pretty sure that would work (Assuming the other settings are correct), though for security, one of the first things they tell you to do with Amazon S3 is to add IAM users and delete your root keys.
Just tried the root key, and it worked, at least to send.
When I transferred one photo, though, the photo now shows up as broken in the "All Photos" section.
This was using an endpoint with the following syntax:
s3-accesspoint.dualstack.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com
After changing to this endpoint (Which looks correct based on the public URL of the images that Sytist uploaded with the previous endpoint), I'm now getting some odd graphical glitches when trying to upload to S3 (Video below)
rlphoto.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com

EDIT:
For the broken image, Sytist think it's here:
https://s3-accesspoint.dualstack.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/rlphoto/2020-08-16_21-49-01/th_eb3_060625-164110.jpg
And it was uploaded here:

How about emailing me the following for me to look at the settings:
1) Link to your Sytist admin.
2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).

Actually after changing the endpoint to "s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com", I tried uploading files to S3 again, and the second photo (That previously failed) is now working.
I'm going to migrate a few more photos, and see if things work, before working on my whole catalogue.
Is there any reason in the code that the other "equivalent" endpoints like these:
s3-accesspoint.dualstack.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com
rlphoto.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com
...would not work?
Since there was only one image that had problems (It showed as a broken image on the portfolio / front end), I deleted it and will probably re-upload.

Note: I also found that the visual bug shown in the Imgur video upload looks to be an error with trying to send a photo to S3 that's already there.
I'd recommend this to fail more gracefully, as it could interrupt the migration of a large group of photos where some are already moved to S3. This shouldn't be very common, but could happen for those that move their photos to S3 after months/years of operating on their own web server.

I really don't know why those other endpoints don't work. I assume each of the endpoints Amazon S3 supplies would.
