Confirmation Email Sent To More Than One Person? Cc Email...

Tim,

Is it possible when manually confirming an appointment and sending an email confirmation to the client to add another email address (CC)? I have a client that sometimes has their assistant fill in when on vacation or leave of absence, and the assistant logs in under the main client's account to book a photo shoot. I tried adding the additional email to the booking confirmation email box like so:

mainclient@businessname.com; assistantclient@businessname.com

and then I added myself to see if I would receive the email also, and I never received it. I know in mail programs adding additional emails followed by the ; symbol works, but doesn't seem to work with Sytist sytem.

The only way I caught this was the comment she left to CC assistant in the notes when filling out booking request.

Also, when I received the email it did not show the comments/notes in my email. Only when I was viewing the booking on my site admin section. Is there a way to add the notes/comments to the emails I receive?
