Hi. I've recently updated my email address through the site. I know the email works as I tried emailing it directly from my personal account, but it's not working from the website. The contact form or the test mail option both don't work. So it works for direct emails, but nothing from this site. Please help!

My old work email associated with the website was ericalindseyphotography@hotmail.com

I've changed it to erica@ericalindseyphotography.com (through godaddy).

Maybe they are going into your spam folder. The issue will be with either your email address or your host. It is not an issue with the code.

See this for troubleshooting

It wasn't going into my spam. The emails never arrived at all. I'm looking into getting a business email through gsuite, but in the interim, I've switched back to ericalindseyphotography@hotmail.com since that was working before. However, now the website will send emails out (I've tested gallery emails to my personal address) but it won't send test emails, or emails from my contact form. I've updated the "admin/settings" the email on the contact form edit section, and the "mail sending" settings. Any reason why it won't work now? Does it take awhile to actually update?

Thanks!

If you see the emails in Stats -> Email Logs, Sytist is sending the emails. It is then up to the server to send those emails out. You would probably have to have your host trace those emails to see why the server is not sending them out.
