Menu Buttons Not Showing Correct Color Or Spacing

I just reinstalled Sytist on my new server and am designing from scratch. In the theme editor, I changed the font and colors and all that stuff. It refreshes on the editor and looks correct, but if I look at a preview of the site, it does not show the correct changes, even after my changes in the editor are saved.
Everything else seems to be updating properly, it is just the menu buttons in the main menu that do not show up properly. For instance, I have the font color set to white. The Home button shows up white, but the rest of the buttons show up black. If I adjust the spacing between each button, it works for the home button but not the others.
Help?

It sounds to me like you have selected to use a different theme somewhere like on the homepage. Go to Site Content -> Manage Home Page. Go down to the "Billboard, Page Display Layout, Max Width & Theme" option and if theme doesn't say "Use default" set it to that then save.
