Tim,
I'm having trouble with bringing up the default emails when I click on the email address within the customers order. The red/yellow/blue progress bars just run continuously. Also I get the same issue when I click on the amount when trying to view shopping carts. Is this a data base issue?
Running 3.7.2 and it seemed this issue just started happening over the weekend.
Thanks, Jeremy

I too am having weird issues today with Sytist that are not normal. Trouble logging in, and also FTP'd photos not processing right and not showing up. I run the same 3.7.2 version . I wonder if something is going on.

Without being able to try it myself I am going to guess that is triggering "MOD SECURITY" on the server and stopping it from loading. You would have to check with your hosting company and let them know you might be triggering mod security and they should be able to whitelist the rule it is triggering.

Tim, My host is going to reach out to you about this. We are having a hard time figuring out the issue on this hang up. If you need to get into my site, just send me an email or call and I can get you in.
Thanks, Jeremy

Jadine, Are you still having some problems with your site? Can you explain more what is going on? and maybe a time frame?
I uploaded some images fine on Friday eve and came in Monday to lots of problems. Can't get my upload panel to come up at all. Can't view shopping carts, email forms, duplicate price lists, can't see people in for the different galleries? Any of the same problems?
Just doing some research. Thanks, Jeremy

You will need to email me the following so I can take a look into it. I can't tell anything without trying it myself.
1) Link to your Sytist admin.
2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).

The problem is being caused by something "wiredminds". It is causing a javascript error which makes everything else not work.
Wiredminds is not something within Sytist. It must be some tracking or something from your hosting company. It might be something you can turn off in your hosting control panel.
The error: jquery-1.8.3.min.js:2 Uncaught ReferenceError: wiredminds is not defined
