Hello,
I purchased an update (3.7.2) on Weds. Payment and everything went through. I clicked on "Click here to get and apply this update" The first window came up and I clicked "Fetch Update.
The next window opened and said "Success! The Zip file was downloaded" Image attached.
The "spinning wheel" started, as seen in the screen capture provided, but then nothing happens. I left it running for over an hour on both Weds and again on Thursday but nothing happens.
I can't see where the Zip file was downloaded either.
Please advise on how I can complete my update.
Thank you
John

If the auto update feature won't work for you for some reason, you will have to manually update.
When using the auto-update from the admin and it seems to hang when trying to unzip, then the ZIP functions are probably not enabled in the PHP on your hosting. If it used to work then your host probably changed something to cause the ZIP functions in PHP to go away. You can contact your hosting company and ask them to enable the ZIP functions in PHP.
