Hey guys! I hope you’re all having a great day. We received a phone message from Ion Web Host that says our PHP version is out of date/severely out of date. They said our version is not supported anymore. Is this something I can update now or is this a sytist version upgrade?

The latest version of Sytist is compatible with PHP 7.3 and below. If you are on at least Sytist version 3.4 it should be compatible with PHP 7.3.

Thanks Tim. We will be updating our sytist version soon as well. I have changed the version of php on our web host cpanel to 7.3. Not sure if that’s how it’s done.
Is there anything I need to do within the sytist software on our site?

You would not have to do anything with Sytist.
