Monthly Sales Report

Hi Tim,
I had a customer change her order, and as such, the monthly report is showing a much higher number for her sale than the actual.
She removed an item from her order (it was an error - and I refunded and edited her order) but it's not reflecting in the monthly reporting but when I exported, it was correct.
Any way to correct this?

If you have to make a change to an order, you have to also update all the totals (payment total, totals, tax, etc...) by clicking the edit order tab.

I did that. It’s still not reflecting the changes.

So you are saying though you have changed the payment total of that order the sales totals are incorrect? Odd because the totals are based on the payment totals of the orders.
You can email me the link to your Sytist admin, the admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages) so I can take a closer look.
I will also need to know the order number of the order in question.

Yes. I’ve already adjusted the order but it’s not reflecting that.
