Need Help Upgrading Hosting Plan

Hey Guys. Has anybody needed to upgrade your hosting plan when hosting with Sytist? I can find the plan options on picturespro.com but can't figure out how to upgrade my hosting. If anyone has successfully done this please let me know how you did it.
