Trying to work out the best way to do this as it keeps tripping me up..
Scenario - Siblings, two different passcodes. You need to buy a package for each child EXCEPT ( to make it easier, beause omg, siblings and parents and dramarama! ) .. I have allowed combining on TOP package which is two collections with a collection and includes a Buy-all.
Top Package - package of prints, album etc, can combine from ABC123 and XYZ456
AND ALL DIGI BUY ALL.
I've tried this a few ways and there's no tick for "cannot combine" on the buy-alls but they only ever get all the digis for one child so I have to manually then sent the rest?
What am I doing wrong, or how can I fix this? TBH, it's probably something I set up specifically so people could NOT do this .. siblings are tricky to balance, im always coming up against walls to getting it right ...
Thanks!

So before you didn't want parents combine sibling photos in collections, but now you do and they can't?
What exactly needs to be "fixed" that is broken? I am not quite following what it is you are asking.

doesn't matter - i've worked it out! And no - siblings need to pay twice/ per child.
Sorry if my questions annoy, as I keep saying, I am wholly happy and impressed with the product and service and I just need to work out how to make it work for me.
I've changed so much of how I sell to work around the system and keep sales up ( me happy ) and customers happy ( sales are down but I think that's an economy thing ) and I learn hands on and by tinkering and exploring and asking questions. I'm only 6mo in but expect to be a master and never ask another question by the end of the year :)
