Hi Tim

Since I updated to the latest version cannot seem to access page designer. I have tried it on multiple pages but all I get is a loving symbol - cleared cache but no joy.

Using Safari 12.0 and Mac OS 10.13.6

have attached the screen shot

ALSO

Is it possible to have a HTML element that can be used within page designer?

Thanks Keith

EDIT

Just tried it in Google Chrome at it works fine so there seems to be an issue with Safari!!!!

How exactly is it not working in Safari? I have tested in every other browser and works fine.

There is currently no option for an HTML element.

Maybe you have some sort of ad blocker or something to that effect causing that in your Safari.

Hi Tim

I don't want to sound stupid, but I have tried everything in safari - I have taken all blockers off and enabled flash and everything else and it still does not work - when you click page designer it launches the page and the content and then has a greyed out loading screen with a circle going around in light grey - so you cannot get to the content even though I can see it

This only stared after I upgraded to 3.1.1 before that everything was fine, so I do think there is some connection here....

Have you tried it on safari Version 12.0 (13606.2.11)?

I have attached an image of what I am seeing.

Thanks Keith

I have just purchased a new year of updates, and I am also having this issue. The page designer loads for me, but when I go to save an element all I get is the little loading animation at the bottom and nothing saves. I have tried this on the latest versions of Firefox and Chrome without any luck.

Maybe there is some sort of issue in the safari update. I don't have any apple products so I don't have a way to test it. I can't think of any reason though that would be the only browser for it to not be working in.

Allira, that sounds like it is triggering mod security on the server when trying to save. You can contact your host and see if it is doing that and they can whitelist the rule it is triggering. You can also email me your admin info so I can log in and check the network console to confirm.

Keith,
I just upgraded to safari 12,and I can modify the templates and save them as well.
The first time it took a while (about 40 sec of spinning circle),but now it loads quite fast I don't know if speed processor and cache can make any difference.
It works also on Chrome for Mac.

Hi, will give it another go - I have noticed having the debugger on on chromes it does flash on and off connecting for quite a time before the load screen disappears. Its as though its calling for something and not getting it straightaway
