Hi Tim

Can we please please please have it fixed so if you forget to put the PASSWORD in the Title in LR. that those images will not show up in all children's galleries.

No matter how hard I try to make sure every child's photos are exported from LR with a passcode in the title - occasionally one is forgotten - it gets uploaded to the gallery and shows in ALL children's galleries. This is a big privacy problem.

Is there ANY way you could change it so it just doesnt show up at all if it doesnt have that password entered when exporting.

thanks

It is done like that for group photos so it is not broken to be fixed.

You can email me for a file I can change where it won't show photos with no passwords/titles you can upload.

I have used sytist extensively for school photography, and this to me seems more of a workflow issue.

I think you need to consider changing your methods such that any image without a title field is flagged. Its very easy to create a smart collection such that if 'Title is empty' it is excluded.

Though I suppose with paranoid parents it would be better to have images that have no title to not appear as the default option.
