Contracts - Signing And Second Signature

Hi... I created my first contract and had 2 issues. First I didn't put anything in the "Signature 2" or "Email 2" fields... however it still generates a second signature box based on the value of "My Name". Maybe that is by design... but my usage here was for a Model Release which only requires one signature (the model). So I guess this is actually a release and not a contract per se... but just wondering if there is a way to have only one signature.
The second part of this is related to signing the contract. I currently have a Wacom Tablet... however it will not allow me to Sign using my pen. If I tap the pen... it does make dots in the signature area but it won't allow me to write. I can only use my mouse or use the feature to type my signature. I am just wondering if this is a problem on my end or if it is a known issue. I am using Google Chrome as my browser.
Thanks!

There will be 2 signatures .... the client and yours. Yours will always be there. There isn't an option to not have it there.
For the tablet, I really have no idea on that. Maybe it is not compatible with the signature code.
