Hi,

I am at a loss with something - but it isn't a deal breaker. Just a little niggle.

My main folder is /clients/ If I enter the following url, I see all galleries, both image galleries and album proofing galleries mixed together. All my stuff.

https://www.hughandersonphotography.com/clients/

If I enter the following, I see all of the image galleries only.

https://www.hughandersonphotography.com/clients/client-galleries/
That makes sense, my image galleries are on a page named Client Galleries.

But if I enter the following, I see nothing - a blank page.

https://www.hughandersonphotography.com/clients/album-proofing/
I would have thought that since I have a page named Album Proofing, I would see a list of albums. I don't. To see them, it has to be on an individual basis only, like so.

Am I missing something? Can't the albums be listed on a page?

Thanks in advance!

Hugh

Project Proofing (your album proofing section) isn't meant for just anyone to view. That would allow anyone to approve/reject/request revisions for the project when it should only be a certain client doing that.

But you can edit your album proofing section (edit under that section name in the left menu of the Site Content section)

Click Layouts

Then Page Listing Layout

And items to show per page may be 0. If so, change it to 20.

Thanks for the reply Tim.

I was aware that people should not be able to access album proofing (unless it's theirs) and I have passwords set to keep that tight.

I looked at what you said - the items per page is already set to 24. Is there another reason they might not be showing?

Thanks!!!

Hugh

I forgot about this, but what it is is that the project proofing section will only show the projects assigned to the customer logged in.

Example, you assigned a proofing project to me and I was logged into my account, if I go to this page:
https://www.hughandersonphotography.com/clients/album-proofing/

I would only see the projects assigned to my account. It is not going to show those projects not assigned to me.

BTW, this one does not seem to be password protected

Ah, the assignation to a client - that makes perfect sense.

Yeah, the one without the password - it was a client that didn't order a package with an album. That was a "you could have this if you want to give me some money" gallery.

As always, thanks for your help.

Hugh
