Images "missing" After Upload

I uploaded 2 images for a Service (Booking Calendar) and only 1 of them appears in the list of Photos.
I know they are both there. When I click on the "Rearrange Photos" tab, they are both there and I can reorder them. The "Photos" tab says there are (2) images. and both photos are visible when I view the actual Service page that I created. It's just that only 1 of them is actually displayed in the "Photos" tab in the admin.

I am unable to duplicate this. Do the photos have the same file name?

No they don't. I uploaded them at different times, too. No problem with the first pic. The second pic uploaded without any errors and displays on the live web site. It just doesn't show opening on the "Photos" tab in the admin. Also, the tab also says there are 2 photos uploaded even though it only shows the thumbnail for one.

I have no idea, I can't duplicate that. You would need to email me FTP access to your site and also the name of the page or gallery doing this so I can take a look.
