I would like for my customers to sign a document with the studio policies, before they come for a session.
Is there a way we could send them something to sign, just like we do the contracts.

You can create whatever text you want and save as a template and use that for policies and have the client to sign.
I changed the name 'contract' to 'eDocuments' in the misc text section as well.
