Emails sent when a comment posts contain a bunch of gibberish. See below. Also, I seem to remember that ALL comments required approval before posting. Now, comments from registered users post automatically. Please provide the option to require approval for ALL comments before posting.

I appreciate you coming out to our office! The sessions were remarkable. We look foward to working with you again in the very near future!

I forgot that that email was sent as plain text. Will be fixed in the next update.

For the comments posting, there is a setting in Settings -> Comments for that.

Tim, yes, I have the first one checked and the second unchecked, and have always had it that way. But, it still posted the comment anyway, before emailing me. My email said, "Either because of your settings or cindy.gonzales@ttusbdc.org is on the white list, this comment was automatically posted." I have no idea where a "white list" is and so cannot imagine how I could have put anyone on it.

I haven't done anything with comments in a long time, but looking at the code, comments made by registered people that are logged in are automatically posted. It's been that way the whole time.

I do hope that you will consider changing this. Having comments post without moderation opens us up to the risk that a malicious person could register with false information just so they could malign us and damage our reputation with negative comments.
