Page Designer Contact Page Concern

When implementing the new page designer 2 column contact page, when viewing on the iphone there is about 4-5 inches of space from the top text and the form (when the left side text collapses for mobile viewing). I tried several adjustments but it appears to be a page designer flaw. I am unsure though. What settings should I use to stop this from happening?

I have it set now on the contact page for your review.

When I leave the left column text in the center all works fine.
However, when I move the text to the top of the column - where it is set now - that causes the 4-inch gap.

It seems there is no correct top or bottom row styling applied to the left column.

It's because under your phone and email address, you added a bunch of blank spaces to push the text up so it is going to be there when it goes to 1 column on mobile.
