Verbiage After Order Is Complete (on Website)

Can't seem to find the location to modify the text after an order is complete.

Currently, It Reads:

Your transaction is complete
Thank you for your purchase!
You have also been sent an email regarding your order. If you do not receive the email within 30 minutes please check your spam / bulk folders. If you still do not have it after an hour contact us to resend it to you.
Once we ship your items when will send you an email with tracking information.
