Email Error When Paying For Order

I hadn't updated my website in a while, but I recently renewed my yearly update thing so I did the latest update. Now I'm getting an error when one pays for their order. It's not passing any of the information within the website. The money made it to PayPal, but my customers order didn't complete, the sales didn't post for the monthly sales, etc. and I got a kicked back email in my email because there was no recipient on the email sent.

Any thoughts? Thanks!

Was this an invoice you created or an order from the shopping cart? Has it been 1 order or multiple orders that has done this?

Good morning Tim, it was an invoice that I created and has happened on two invoices for the same person. Haven’t had any other processed yet.

Log into your PayPal account then go to the following link:
https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-ipns-history

You should have a Search Results section. If nothing is in it, change the dates to when a payment was made.

Date/time created Message ID Status Transaction ID

What is under Status?

Email me your FTP or hosting username and password so I can set up logging on for when PayPal sends the data back to see if I can catch anything.

Hey Tim, I've emailed the login info. Host is InMotion Hosting.

I should have a few orders being processed this week unless they end up paying cash/check.
