Importing Customers From Photocart Not Working

I am on version 7.10 of PhotoCart and we a transitioning over to Sytist. I used the pc-clients.php tool to download the clients in our database. 3 files were created. Used the Import section on Sytist (Import from Photo Cart)
PC-to-Sytist-2017-12-27.txt.csv
PC-to-Sytist-2017-12-27.txt-2.csv
PC-to-Sytist-2017-12-27.txt-3.csv
tried changing file names to .txt and .csv
Nothing happens during the import. I just get a screen that says:
People>Import and nothing happens.
Any suggestions?

Those should just have a .txt extension, but I don't think it will make a difference. You will need to email me one of those files so I can test it.
