Client Is Not Receiving Invoice Email

We are having an issue with clients not receiving invoices that we send from within our admin area. Case in point we sent an invoice to a local high school for a band or order. The principal received that invoice however if you days later asked us to change the date of the invoice to the current Date which we did. We sent the invoice several days ago.

Today we received an email that says she did not get a modified invoice. And what can we do? This is happened more than once.

If the viewer has not cleared the cache on her computer (pressing F5) I suspect her computer read the former - previously downloaded file rather than newer one you sent.

When an email is sent from Sytist, Sytist tells the server to send it then it is up to the server to deliver it. You can see sent emails in Stats -> Email Logs.

It is probably the email when to spam.

If no emails are sending, see this for troubleshooting
