I have just has a client respond to me who is getting this error. I have had a look myself and I received the same error.
Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request POST /sy-inc/store/store_download_free_zip.php.

I have never seen that error and a search indicates it is caused by something on the server. A restart on the server might help. You should contact your host about the error.
