Emails Not Sending To Not Registered Clients

When I try to send an email to someone that is not on our client list, they are not receiving the email. Has anyone had this issue? or a fix, other than forcing to make an account?

Go to Stats -> Email Log. If you see the emails there, then they are being sent out from Sytist. So it is possible they are going into spam folders.

we were in contact with the clients. None of them went to spam. I also don't see them in the email log but it is really hard to read the log. Is there a way to get the log to view properly on a 13in screen. the photo attached shows how it looks on my screen and there is no way to zoom in or out to adjust it.

You can search email addresses in the email log.

I don't see a screen shot, but try holding down Ctrl and click - on the keyboard to increase the screen resolution.
