After following instructions on how to update my php memory and having my hosting company help me to make sure that everything should work, I still can't upload photos using FTP and when I attempt to upload using the basic uploader, I usually lose about half of my images to an fttp 500 error.

Looking at my error log, two of the errors that I see the most are PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20548 bytes) in /hsphere/local/home/sy-admin/photo.process.functions.php on line 253

and

Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 5137 bytes) in /hsphere/local/home/sy-admin/uploadify/sy-upload-photofy.php on line 123.

Can anyone help me figure out what's going wrong?

I Replied to your email, but "Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 5137 bytes)" means the photos are too large for the server to process.
