Hi
I have a customer who states that she cant see the shopping trolley and therefore cant purchase from my website. I think she is trying this on her works computer. All the tests I have done on various devices show no problem (yes the trolley logo is small when using mobile but its there).
Is there anything that would prevent purchase on her system or am I missing something?
The gallery is she is trying to purchase from is here http://www.paul-h-lunnon.co.uk/photo-galleries/network-theatre-provoked-wives-18-09-2017/
If anybody has any ideas I would be grateful

Many corporate IT departments will block photographer websites as they don't want employee's browsing photographs while working. I have this issue from time to time for my corporate accounts that have hired me and the company marketing department can't see my website. They must have their IT department add my website to their approved list. Otherwise view from home.

Hi Mark
Many thanks for your reply. My site is not blocked the customer can view it but cant see any price list details or download buttons. I know she hasn't registered an account as yet but she should still be able to see details plus the instruction to set up n account.
Many tthanks

It might be possible it is a really old computer & browser and unable to view the SVG icons which those are. I would ask her if she can try in a different browser.

Hi
My problem has been answered once my customer explained fully. Apparently she could download the image she wanted but there was no way of paying for it. I then checked and of course at sometime I had assigned her account a free download facility. Once this was removed she purchased and downloaded the image. Sorry to waste your time if my customer had answered the questions I asked originally I would have solved the problem.
This has raised a few questions Tim.
1. I thought assigning a price list to a customer was specific to gallery?
3. Is it possible to assign a price list to a person and a specific gallery?
2. Is there a way of printing out the customer list to see if I have left this temp facility on any other account?
Many thanks for your help.

Assigning a price list to a customer applies to all galleries. You can assign customers for free downloads on a per gallery basis. View the gallery in the admin, click the Photos tab and the Free Downloads tab option.
3. Is it possible to assign a price list to a person and a specific gallery?
No, but see above if it is for free downloads.
2. Is there a way of printing out the customer list to see if I have left this temp facility on any other account?
There is not an option for that.
